WAYF BOYS Continue Their Debut Rollout With New Single “A4M”
WAYF BOYS are continuing to carve out their identity with the release of their latest single, “A4M,” the newest chapter in the five-member group’s ongoing debut rollout.
Following “WAYF BOYS DO” and “SWAG,” the Seoul-based group returns with a track that leans further into the unconventional side of their image. “A4M” is built around what the group describes as a B-grade absurdist concept, combining humor, individuality, and an intentionally offbeat creative direction.
Rather than playing things safe, WAYF BOYS are using the release to push an identity centered on freedom and experimentation. The group’s broader sound pulls from K-pop, R&B, and hip-hop, while their visual direction continues to separate them from more traditional idol concepts.
A major focus of “A4M” is its choreography and chorus, both of which were designed with performance and short-form content in mind. According to the release, WAYF BOYS are aiming for the track to reach beyond the traditional K-pop audience, encouraging fans to perform, share, and reinterpret the song across social platforms.
The single arrives as the group continues to build momentum from its earlier releases. “WAYF BOYS DO” has surpassed 2.5 million views on YouTube and received editorial playlist placements across Apple Music, Spotify, and YouTube Music, while “SWAG” further established the group’s R&B and hip-hop-influenced direction.
WAYF BOYS consists of Andrew, Junmyeong, Anderson, Samuel, and Ryan. Based in Seoul, the group describes its style as “NU-Kpop” and operates under WAYF, short for Where Art Yields Freedom, a creative platform focused on individuality and artistic freedom.
With three releases now forming the early foundation of their sound, WAYF BOYS are steadily establishing a lane that mixes polished K-pop performance with a looser, more unpredictable attitude.
“A4M” is available now on all major streaming platforms.
